The course is delivered face to face in 4 study terms of 9 weeks each over a period of 52 weeks comprising 16 weeks holidays. Gateway Business College (GBC) uses a combination of assessment methods and approaches which involves collecting a range of evidence for ensuring consistency of competency. Written assignmentsinclude questions and answers, written reports, workbook activities and assignments. Observation assessments include the demonstration of competencies for compliance to performance criteria and displays similar to the critical aspects of evidence and essential skills of the units. These assessments also include but are not limited to participation in group discussions, case studies, role plays, simulated activities and work placement.

The program will be delivered by Gateway Business College at their Burwood Campus. The course program will be conducted over 12 months. A students program is considered complete with a successful academic program of a determination of COMPETENT in 8 Units of competency.
The program will be delivered by Gateway Business College for all UOC at Burwood Campus. The College has the necessary resources to complete the required training and/or assessment.
Students will be provided with learning resource notes and assessment resources for each unit of competence as sourced and developed by Gateway Business College and other commercial sources.
